Infographics are one of the most popular ways of sharing information. They neatly visualise data and make it easy to summarise and digest key points. As a big fan of infographics I keep a watch out for inforgraphics that report on social media.

Several reports including this recent one “The State of Social Media Marketing“  by Awareness, Inc, point to businesses investing in deepening their engagement with customers. As well as increasing budgets many businesses are now looking to offer a broader social presence. The key takeoput here is that social media is part of a long term strategy to involving brand awareness, lead generation, customer conversion and customer service – in other words the whole customer journey.
